We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, AMEX, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We also accept MobilePay.

When you place an order, the amount will be reserved on your account but will not be charged until we ship your order.

Gift Voucher:
If you have received a gift voucher from a previous purchase, it can be used as payment for your new purchase. Your voucher is valid for two years, and the value can be found in the email sent to you with the voucher code. The code can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

It is not possible to add a gift voucher after the order has been completed.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you return items, you will be refunded via a new voucher, a partial voucher, or cash depending on your original payment method.

When will I be charged for my purchase?
The amount is reserved on your account when the purchase is completed but will only be charged once we have shipped your package and you have received an order confirmation and receipt.
