Which delivery methods can I choose?
We offer several delivery methods. At checkout you choose the one that suits you best. Which methods, prices and free shipping thresholds are available depends on your delivery country and is shown automatically at checkout in your local currency and incl. VAT - before you pay.
Delivery time and price
LYKKELAND ateliér and our logistics partner always strive to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time applies from the moment the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse in Zealand. You will then receive an order confirmation, a receipt and a track and trace number by email.
Delivery prices and free shipping thresholds vary from country to country. The exact delivery price for your order - and whether you have reached free shipping - is therefore always shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.
Delivery methods in the EU
• Parcel shop: 2-4 business days. You will receive an email with instructions when the parcel is ready, and you must present valid identification at pickup.
• Home delivery: 2-4 business days. You will receive an email/SMS with instructions upon delivery.
• Business address: 2-4 business days. The parcel is delivered to your workplace, and you will receive an email upon delivery.
We currently deliver to Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden and Germany, and we hope to add more destinations soon. Abroad, you can have your order delivered to a parcel shop or to your private address. Price and any free shipping threshold depend on the country and are shown at checkout. All prices are incl. VAT, and no customs duties are charged on delivery within the EU.
Refund of shipping on cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we refund the original standard delivery cost in accordance with our return policy. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we refund an amount corresponding to standard delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address entered at checkout after the order has been completed. Please therefore check that the address is correct before you pay.
